Plex Dubai is Canadian-owned and Dubai-based. The market it serves is the UAE, with reach into the wider Gulf, Saudi Arabia, and the India-corridor audience that moves through the region. Outdoor, print, and WhatsApp matter here in a way they do not in Vancouver — Plex Dubai ships the channels that work in MENA, not the channels that work in North America.
